You also have the option of holding a video session with your supporter, in which you can see each other and talk to each other. There is even an eclosed texting function.
To speak to your supporter via video call, all you have to do is make an appointment with your supporter and then log into your BeWell.help account at the agreed time.
Please log into your account on BeWell.help at least 10 minutes before the appointment. Go to your dashboard and then click on your name in the top right corner. Then click on the symbol of the online channel or on the appointment in "Upcoming appointments" and then on "Start" to start the session.
