The information and opinions expressed on this website or in the live therapist chat, are those of the writers or therapists based on their education and experience. The information is designed for informational purposes only. You should not rely on this information as a substitute for, nor does it replace, professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The supporters listed are not employees or representatives of BeWell.help. BeWell.help shall not be responsible for the quality of information or the authentication of the services or details given by supporters on the site.

It is each supporter's sole responsibility to ensure that the information is current and accurate. This information includes, but is not limited to, name, address, phone numbers, email addresses, state and types of credentials.

The verified credential seal means that BeWell.help has verified the following:

• The name and contact details of the professional
• That the professional's license, if applicable, is valid within the state in which he or she practices

BeWell.help verifies the information at the time a supporter is initially listed in the directory.

BeWell.help's directory is not intended as a tool for verifying the credentials, qualifications, or abilities of any supporters it lists. Inclusion in BeWell.help's directory does not imply recommendation or endorsement nor does omission from it imply BeWell.help disapproval. BeWell.help does not warrant or represent that BeWell.help's directory or any part thereof is accurate or complete. BeWell.help disclaims all warranties, either express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for particular purpose.

You understand and acknowledge that you are responsible for any User Contributions you submit or contribute, and you, not the Company, have full responsibility for such content, including its legality, reliability, accuracy and appropriateness. We are not responsible, or liable to any third party, for the content or accuracy of any User Contributions posted by you or any other user of the Site.

We have the right to:

• Remove or refuse to post any User Contributions for any or no reason in our sole discretion.
• Take any action with respect to any User Contribution that we deem necessary or appropriate in our sole discretion, including if we believe that such User Contribution violates the Terms of Use, including the content standards below, infringes any intellectual property right or other right of any person or entity, threatens the personal safety of users of the Site or the public or could create liability for the Company.
• Disclose your identity or other information about you to any third party who claims that material posted by you violates their rights, including their intellectual property rights or their right to privacy.
• Take appropriate legal action, including without limitation, referral to law enforcement, for any illegal or unauthorized use of the Site.

Without limiting the foregoing, we have the right to fully cooperate with any law enforcement authorities or court order requesting or directing us to disclose the identity or other information related to anyone posting any materials on or through the Site.

YOU WAIVE AND HOLD HARMLESS THE COMPANY AND ITS AFFILIATES, LICENSEES AND SERVICE PROVIDERS FROM ANY CLAIMS RESULTING FROM ANY ACTION TAKEN BY ANY OF THE FOREGOING PARTIES DURING OR AS A RESULT OF ITS INVESTIGATIONS AND FROM ANY ACTIONS TAKEN AS A CONSEQUENCE OF INVESTIGATIONS BY EITHER THE COMPANY/SUCH PARTIES OR LAW ENFORCEMENT AUTHORITIES.

However, we cannot and do not undertake to review all material before it is posted on the Site and cannot ensure prompt removal of objectionable material after it has been posted. Accordingly, we assume no liability for any action or inaction regarding transmissions, communications or content provided by any user or third party. • Cause annoyance, inconvenience or needless anxiety or be likely to upset, harass, embarrass, alarm or annoy any other person.
• Impersonate any person or misrepresent your identity or affiliation with any person or organization.
• Promote commercial activities or sales, such as contests, sweepstakes and other sales promotions, barter or advertising.
• Give the impression that they emanate from or are endorsed by us or any other person or entity if that is not the case.

If you are having suicidal tendencies, or experiencing any symptoms that significantly impact your thinking, safety or the safety of those around you, you agree to seek immediate help offline and not use this site. These resources can provide you with immediate help worldwide.

We cannot be held accountable for those with suicidal tendencies, thoughts, or actions. We cannot be held accountable for any of your actions.

• To transmit, or procure the sending of, any advertising or promotional material, including any 'junk mail', 'chain letter' or 'spam' or any other similar solicitation.
• To impersonate or attempt to impersonate ION Tech AG, a ION Tech AG employee, another user or any other person or entity (including, without limitation, by using email addresses or screen names associated with any of the foregoing).
• To engage in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the Site, or which, as determined by us, may harm ION Tech AG or users of the Site or expose them to liability.

Additionally, you agree not to:

• 'Scrape' or disaggregate data from the Site (whether by manual or automated means) for any commercial, marketing, or data compiling or enhancing purpose.
• Introduce any viruses, trojan horses, worms, logic bombs or other material which is malicious or technologically harmful.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to, interfere with, damage or disrupt any parts of the Site, the server on which the Site is stored, or any server, computer or database connected to the Site.
• Otherwise attempt to interfere with the proper working of the Site.

If you wish to purchase any product, service or subscription made available through the Service ('Purchase'), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including, without limitation, your credit card number, the expiration date of your credit card, your billing address, and your shipping information.

You represent and warrant that: (i) you have the legal right to use any credit card(s) or other payment method(s) in connection with any Purchase; and that (ii) the information you supply to us is true, correct and complete.

By submitting such information, you grant us the right to provide the information to third parties for purposes of facilitating the completion of Purchases.

Some banks may add a cross-border fee to your purchase.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time for certain reasons including but not limited to: product or service availability, errors in the description or price of the product or service, error in your order or other reasons.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if fraud or an unauthorized or illegal transaction is suspected.

We are constantly updating our offerings of products and services on the Service. The products or services available on our Service may be mispriced, described inaccurately, or unavailable, and we may experience delays in updating information on the Service and in our advertising on other web sites.

We cannot and do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any information, including prices, product images, specifications, availability, and services. We reserve the right to transfer you to a new supporter, change or update information and to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time without prior notice.

If you make any bookings, please notice that you should schedule those a week in advance. If there are no appointments available for you, please contact us. If your supporter is sick, or there are other reasons why your supporter can not make it to your scheduled appointment, you will need to reschedule. If you are in immediate crisis – do not use this site. These resources can provide you with immediate help worldwide.

Any contests, sweepstakes or other promotions (collectively, 'Promotions') made available through the Service may be governed by rules that are separate from these Terms. If you participate in any Promotions, please review the applicable rules as well as our Privacy Policy. If the rules for a Promotion conflict with these Terms, the Promotion rules will apply.

Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis ('Subscription(s)'). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis ('Billing Cycle').

At the end of each Billing Cycle, your Subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel it or ION Tech AG cancels it. You may cancel your Subscription renewal either through your online subscription page or by contacting ION Tech AG customer support team: [email protected]

A valid payment method, including credit card, is required to process the payment for your Subscription. You shall provide ION Tech AG with accurate and complete billing information including full name, address, state, zip code, telephone number, and a valid payment method information. By submitting such payment information, you automatically authorize ION Tech AG to charge all Subscription fees incurred through your account to any such payment instruments.

Should automatic billing fail to occur for any reason, ION Tech AG will issue an electronic invoice indicating that you must proceed manually, within a certain deadline date, with the full payment corresponding to the billing period as indicated on the invoice.

Our services are subscription based. This means that you will be charged until you have canceled your subscription. You can cancel your subscription at any time so that the contract period is not automatically renewed.

You may pay using any major credit/debit card. All payments are made using SSL encrypted connections (https) for maximum security. Our payment service providers will never share your credit/debit card details with us or any other third party.

EU customers

A cancelation is for free within 14 days after booking. The right of a free cancelation expires when the session starts. On a cancelation made more than 14 days after booking and more than 24 hours before the session, 10% of the amount of a prepaid booking remains charged as cancelation fee. More than 14 days after booking and less than 24 hours before the session a 100% of the booking amount remains charged or will be billed by the provider

Non EU customers

Appointments can be cancelled for free within 5 minutes after booking. On a cancelation made more than 5 minutes after booking and more than 24 hours before the session, 10% cancelation fee of the amount of a prepaid booking remains charged. 100% of the booking amount of a cancelation made more than 5 minutes after booking and less than 24 hours before the session remains charged or will be billed by the provider.

Please note that when you send payments directly to an external supporter (as opposed to our standard checkout routine), other refund policies may apply.

ION Tech AG may, at its sole discretion, offer a Subscription with a free trial for a limited period of time ('Free Trial').

You may be required to enter your billing information in order to sign up for the Free Trial.

If you do enter your billing information when signing up for the Free Trial, you will not be charged by ION Tech AG until the Free Trial has expired. On the last day of the Free Trial period, unless you cancelled your Subscription, you will be automatically charged the applicable Subscription fees for the type of Subscription you have selected.

At any time and without notice, ION Tech AG reserves the right to (i) modify the terms and conditions of the Free Trial offer, or (ii) cancel such Free Trial offer.

ION Tech AG, in its sole discretion and at any time, may modify the Subscription fees for the Subscriptions. Any Subscription fee change will become effective at the end of the then-current Billing Cycle.

ION Tech AG will provide you with a reasonable prior notice of any change in Subscription fees to give you an opportunity to terminate your Subscription before such change becomes effective.

Your continued use of the Service after the Subscription fee change comes into effect constitutes your agreement to pay the modified Subscription fee amount.

When you create an account with us, you must provide us information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password, whether your password is with our Service or a third-party service.

You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

You may not use as a username the name of another person or entity or that is not lawfully available for use, a name or trade mark that is subject to any rights of another person or entity other than you without appropriate authorization, or a name that is otherwise offensive, vulgar or obscene.

It is your sole responsibility as a supporter to ensure that you only give therapy to people you are allowed to give therapy to, depending on local, state or national restrictions.

As a supporter, you could be a Covered Entity for purposes of compliance with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996, Public Law 104191 ('HIPAA'), and you may also be subject to similar state laws. Accordingly, information you collect could be protected under HIPAA and state privacy laws. BeWell.help is a technology provider, not a Covered Entity. You understand that compliance with HIPAA and state privacy laws is your responsibility. While use of our technology is designed to provide security of information as required by HIPAA, we make no warranty or representation that compliance with this Agreement or use of its products or services will be adequate or satisfactory to fully comply with HIPAA or state privacy laws.

It is your sole responsibility as a supporter to ensure that the contact and licensure information in your user profile is current and accurate. This contact information includes, but is not limited to, name, address, phone numbers, email addresses, states and types of licensure. Changes to your contact information can be made in the personnel section of our website.

It is your sole responsibility as a supporter to ensure that you have legal coverage in case there is litigation etc.

Being a supporter, our Service allows you to post, link, store, share and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, videos, or other material ('Content'). You are responsible for the Content that you post to the Service, including its legality, reliability, and appropriateness.

By posting Content to the Service, you grant us the right and license to use, modify, publicly perform, publicly display, reproduce, and distribute such Content on and through the Service. You retain any and all of your rights to any Content you submit, post or display on or through the Service and you are responsible for protecting those rights. The Service and its original content (excluding Content provided by users), features and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of ION Tech AG and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the Sweden and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of ION Tech AG. All abuse will be reported.

You are free to write texts about our services and link to our site.

Our Service may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by ION Tech AG.

ION Tech AG has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party web sites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that ION Tech AG shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such web sites or services.

We strongly advise you to read the terms and conditions and privacy policies of any third-party web sites or services that you visit.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless ION Tech AG, and its officers, directors, owners, employees, agents, information providers, affiliates, licensors and licensees (collectively, the 'Indemnified Parties') from and against any and all liability and costs, including, without limitation, reasonable attorneys' fees, incurred by the Indemnified Parties in connection with any claim arising out of (a) any User Contributions, or (b) breach by you or any user of your account of these Terms of Use or any representations, warranties and covenants contained in these Terms of Use. You shall cooperate fully and reasonably in the defense of any such claim. ION Tech AG reserves the right, at its own expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification by you.

No waiver by ION Tech AG of any term or condition set forth in these Terms of Use shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or a waiver of any other term or condition, and any failure of ION Tech AG to assert a right or provision under these Terms of Use shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

If any provision of these Terms of Use is held by a court or other tribunal of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable for any reason, such provision shall be eliminated or limited to the minimum extent such that the remaining provisions of the Terms of Use will continue in full force and effect.

The Terms of Use constitute the sole and entire agreement between you and ION Tech AG with respect to the Site and supersede all prior and contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations and warranties, both written and oral, with respect to the Site.
