Video- & Phone call - Why is my microphone not recognized?
- Check if the microphone is plugged in properly.
- Check whether the microphone permission is activated in the settings of your internet browser.
- Chrome: Click on the 3-point symbol in the top right to go to the settings --> Privacy and security --> Website settings --> Under Permissions, under Microphone activate the option «Ask before access»
- Firefox: Click on Firefox in the menu bar at the top of the screen and select Settings --> Privacy and security --> Permissions --> Settings (next to the microphone) --> In the dialog box that opens, enter "www.BeWell.help" and then Enter.
- Safari: In your browser menu bar (top row) navigate to "Safari" --> Settings for this website --> Select "Allow" from the drop-down menu next "Camera" and "Microphone".
- Check the volume setting of your microphone
