Videocall - Why can't I see my supporter?
These are the most common reasons why you can't see your supporter:

- You may have denied access to your microphone and camera in your browser (e.g. Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge...).
- Solution: Check if camera permissions are enabled in your internet browser settings:
- Chrome: Click on the 3-point symbol in the top right to go to the settings --> Privacy and security --> Website settings --> Under Permissions, under Camera activate the option «Ask before accessing».
- Firefox: Click on Firefox in the menu bar at the top of the screen and select Settings --> Privacy and security --> Permissions --> Settings (next to Camera) --> In the dialog box that opens, enter "www.BeWell.help" and then Enter.
- Safari: In your browser's menu bar (top row) navigate to "Safari" --> Settings for this website --> From the drop-down menu next to "Camera" and "Microphone", select "Allow".
- Solution: Check if camera permissions are enabled in your internet browser settings:
- Your browser does not allow transmission of video via the webRTC protocol.
- When using PCs, laptops or Android smartphones / tablets, we recommend using Google Chrome.
- When using an Apple device, it is important that you use Safari version 11 or higher.
