Resilience
What is resilience?
Resilience is the ability to cope emotionally and mentally with crises and quickly return to the state before the crisis. Resilience is therefore an adaptive capacity that an individual can form to face difficulties and changes with an adapted behavior. A resilient person develops an inner resilience that allows them to successfully overcome critical life circumstances and events.
With training, one can learn to become more resilient, that is, more adaptable and resistant.
