Videocall - Why is my camera not recognized?
There are various reasons that may cause that you can not see a camera image. Check the following points to solve the problem:
- Check whether the camera authorization is activated in the settings of your internet browser.
- Chrome: Settings > Privacy and security > Website settings > Activate under Permissions, under Camera the option «Ask before access».
- Firefox: Settings > Data protection and security > Authorizations > Settings (next to camera) > Enter «www.BeWell.help» in the opened dialog window and then press ENTER.
