You don't need any special software apart from your browser to use the BeWell platform. To use the video call function, you need a webcam (external or integrated), a loudspeaker or headphones and a microphone.
For use on Apple devices, at least OS 10.13 or iOS 11 or later should be installed on mobile devices. We recommend the use of Google Chrome for optimal video therapy quality and to maintain modern security standards. If you want to use BeWell with a mobile device from Apple (iPhone, iPAD) it is necessary that you are using Safari with version 11 or higher.
