Video-/ Telephone call - Why is my microphone not recognized?
- Check that the microphone is plugged in correctly.
- Check whether the microphone authorization is activated in the settings of your internet browser.
- Chrome: Settings > Data protection and security > Website settings > Activate under Permissions, under Microphone the option «Ask before access»
- Firefox: Settings > Data protection and security > Authorizations > Settings (next to microphone) > Enter «www.BeWell.help» in the opened dialog window and then press ENTER
- Check the volume setting of your microphone
