Videocall - Why can't I see my supporter?

There are various reasons that may cause that you cannot see your supporter. The following points will help you to find out why:

• Your browser does not allow the transmission of video via the webRTC protocol.
  • When using PCs, laptops or Android smartphones / tablets, we recommend using Google Chrome
  • When using an Apple device, it is important that you are using Safari version 11 or higher.
